Looking into JBs Future!

I think that sales are no longer dependent upon MJ the basketball player. Most people who saw MJ play originally do not buy Jordans anymore and people who buyJordans don't really know the legacy. Jordan Brand will continue pushing it's niche as another upscale urban brand.

Jordans are now sold on hype. People are hyped to get the Air Jordan XIs but if they miss out, the Six-Rings have the same flavor. If they can't afford theSix-Rings then they can get either the Fusions or the B'mores or Team Jordans.

Jordan Brand is moving a lot of product without MJ leaving his home. The retros create hype and parents or buyers that don't know about the Air Jordan linehope to get some of the flavor by buying the other products. These other products will build a brand loyalty of their own. Someday people will think about howgreat those Jordan 5.5 were or how comfortable those Fusions were.

JB is no longer about performance (except for the flagship shoes), it's all about hype/fashion. It's sad but eventually everyone sells out.

I mean the company itself is definately headed in the wrong direction in my opinion, all this hybrid stuff and 50 million colorway's of the retro 1, butthe Air Jordan itself started the whole shoe craze, just about 24 yrs. now. It's tough to say but if we ever start to see a down fall they could alwaysbring back III's,VI's, XI's in OG colorway's and all the retro's that people will alway's love and buy, they know they couldalway's fall back on that. I don't know man only time will tell, but they better switch it up pretty damn quick.

i think they need to change certaint things they have been doin lately, such as tacky colorways and such to keep the older crowd buying (cuz we know thehistory of jays) as for the younger generations they will cop watever is in style so if they keep up at this rate they will always have them. but alot of theold cats thurst for suttin better. suttin more old scool

thank you
