Tatsu for ramen

mama lus in monterey park is one of my favorites

for ramen:

honestly not a fan of tatsu.

you on sawtelle a lot?

the perfect ramen spot for me is santouka ramen + daikokuya rice bowls.

i like shin sen gumi cause they have yakitori.

tsujita is also really good.

nice, i lived in culver city a couple years back. i'd do ROC + MJ cafe weekly

Always like eating there and then walking to that clothes store that's on the same block

ROC > LA DTF

Completely disagree, ROC is the B version. The green bean comparison says it all.

i think in terms of dumplings its comparable. i've had OG DTF though which is obviously #1.

green onion pancakes at ROC are superior.

BUT ... DTF does have god tier spicy dumplings which ROC does not have ...

regardless, if you go to DTF, go to the one in arcadia

Best of both worlds for me. Live in SM so when at home I do ROC/ Sawtelle. When at work I'm at DTF.
