Lucid Dreams: Discuss

Have any of you had a lucid dream before??
From what i know they are dreams in which you are in total control of and you are aware of everything that is going on in the dream.
I had one of these 3 times in the past few months and man did i have some fun in those dreams.
I dont know how i managed to have them so does anybody have any additoinal info on this topic?

All I know is I really need one.. all I have ever gotten were dreams where they control me my actions...
Most of them dont let me talk and make me look like a fool in front of

looking women in my dreams....
Only smashed twice in my dreams

I've heard the easiest way to slip into a lucid dream is that when you realize you are dreaming you try and kill yourself, the classic example of this isto jump off the highest thing you find. If you don't wake up, you will begin dreaming lucidly.

haha ,i smashed in one of the dreams,the other one i was some powerful warrior that was being followed by everybody,and the other one i was a millionaireliving a life i really dont know about,lol

i can't even create a ground when i have lucid dreams...so i keep falling down

On a semi-related note, I don't think I've ever had sex in a dream. I always seem to wake up at the exact wrong times.

I had a few this past month. In one of them I think I was Batman

. I beat down about ten goons lol.

like im in a dream and i tell myself, "hey...im dreaming, i can do whatever the +$#* i want!"

apparently youre supposed to use them to your advantage like improving a skill or overcoming a fear since nothing can really happen to you if something goeswrong

As far back as I can remember, I've only had one lucid dream.

It was great.

They're kinda neat, except when they end earlier than you want to. Last time I had one, I was driving on a bridge, half of it fell into the ocean, and Isaid, "Hmm, maybe I'll wake up now."

oh i remember that i had another one but this one was real weird.
i was on some mountain overseeing a city and i fell off and died,after that i went to heaven.it was so weird because it felt really real,ill never forget thatdream ever.

I had one about 3 days ago. It was about a chick I used to know.
She picked me and up and introduced me to her parents.
That was a weird dream. Havent talked to that chick in like months.

my best dream i told myself i was dreaming and i jumped, air jumped to get higher and then i started flying. im like the average person when it comes toheights, but the feeling of flying over buildings was sensational

For some reason I'm almost always in control when I dream. Never seem to remember the dreams 5 minutes after I wake up though, but these dreams are

Man, I had these before..

All my dreams have this recurring theme of my being chased or hunted down by something, whether it may be ghosts, zombies, or a killer.

I've had lucid dreams where I do everything in my power to help save my parents from a bunch of zombies. I remember in one of my dreams, I even told myselfit was a dream, and I woke up.

lucid dreams.... how come it always seems like youre weak as hell in youre dreams? i mean you cant punch somebody as hard as you can? and its gets reallyfrustrating.... then you wake up, and youre like "whoa was i dreaming?"

its a myth (or fact), but i heard that if you die in your dream, you are actually dead in reality.... thats why you always wake up, because youare still alive
