i could never remember my dreams, but i have some hella fun and crazy ones.

From what i know they are dreams in which you are in total control of and you are aware of everything that is going on in the dream.

It's not total control. But you pretty much control a lot of your own motions

I'm never in control of my dreams and they're never vivid. For some reason in my dreams I always seem to be looking down, like at my feet, but I knowexactly what's going on. It's the weirdest thing...

I am very interested in this topic.

Any of you guys that want to have a lucid dream. First off
try to look down at your hands. If you can pull this off you will realize your dreaming and began doing anything you want.

As for me I always fly when I am in lucid dreams. Sometimes its more like a really big jump from here to there.
But sometimes I completely fly and its wonderful. Seeing the reactions on people faces is priceless.

My only problem is I haven't mastered landing. Usually I land on a lightpost and climb my way down. Rather frightening.

i heard that if you eat some certain types of foods that it can help you have one of those dreams that night.i havent found any info about it though

I think we all dream when we enter Rem sleep but its just very difficult to remember...If you wake up at 5:00 am, you can actually still rememberyour dream clearly because you just woke yourself up from one.

maaannn i had the weirdest dream last night!

i dreamed that it was my birthday and i was at some beach wit one of my homeboys and im like "where the hell are we going?" and out of nowhere i seea big party set up with bbq with tons of food a dj decorations and all...then i start to see old friends new ones, and family members i ahvent seen inforever....SURPRISE!!!!....they threw me a huge party!!! so im doin my thing, walkin around mingling with everyone, im high and drunk and having a blast! thensince i was drinking i had to pee so bad!!!!

so i woke up and went to the bathroom...

....i was so pissed that it wasa dream!!!

but i guess i need a vacation...and i havent seen alot of people that i need to see!

....alot of dreams are a reflection of what you think about daily

All dreams have meanings behind everything that happens in your dream. My parents are Puerto Rican and my mom is big on dreams that it holds meanings to whatis currently happening in your life and also may tell the future. I've had many dreams where I tell my moms my dream and she tells me "O sumone mustbe pregnant or sumone is going to die" and wham a couple of days later I get news my sister is preggo

I go to dreammoods.com and it has a meaning towhat you had in your dream.

this sounds interesteing... if two people can control and command lucid dreams ... could two people agree to meet somehwere in this lucid dream and meet ? ifso would they be sharing one dream ?!

a few of my theories on dreams.....

*you can only dream in your own body
*you cant die in your dream
*you cant see yourself like when someone else looks at you, unless you look in a mirror
*YOU are always in your dream
