Did you guys apply the Gilt coupon for 30% off, complete your purchase and then call customer service and have them add the extr 15% off? Are they pretty chill with it, anything special to say or is it a simple transaction?

yea that's what I did. I usually don't like to call just in case it leads to them stopping deals but I had read enough posts that said CH customer service was pretty chill in retroactively applying codes even to an order that already had a coupon. I told her I forgot to apply the code, she put me on hold to check if it would stack, and came back and said they'd refund me 15% when my order shipped.

It is probably a YMMV thing. It says cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.

Just tried this and was shut down by a representative. I feel like I want to try again as I did not implore her that other individuals had it done, just not sure if it'd be weird to call back tomorrow and try it again with a different person. Any thoughts anyone?

called earlier today and tried this. at first the rep said she couldnt do anything about it but after saying a friend called earlier and got the 15% off, she said she'll honor it this time only.

Going to try and go for a second pair today. Going for 30% Gilt and Welcome Email code. Won't get down to $58 (like my first pair yesterday, Black Suede) but two for less than $140 is a sweet deal.

Yup, I actually called cuz I was worried about cancellation and had this convo with a rep:
Me: I explained that I used the EXTRA40 code and Gilt code, and mentioned that if you use codes together that won't jive, the site won't allow it. I said, since it allowed it, I won't be at risk to be cancelled, right?
Rep: Oh, no, we don't cancel orders due to promotion codes, we cancel orders due to supply and/or when someone doesn't return calls to verify information, etc.
Got the Black Suede w/ cream bottom Wingtips for $58, then today the Milkshake w/ red bottoms popped up, so I used the Gilt and Welcome Email code, got those for $83.
Pumped for my first Lunargrands! I remember when they came out, mad they were like $200! Two for like $140 is

Smoking the kudu, lol. The Moro was the first lunargrand I had and didn't realize they ran big and had worn them so I couldn't return. While it's slightly bigger I didn't notice that much of a difference. I eventually tried 8.5 leathers at the store and found out that it's the right size.

the reflective penny was out of stock, but they sent me a 25 percent code to use be september 30th.
but then i called and asked to get the .5 size down so they can still honor the purchase (37.97) for a 198 retail shoe
so we'll see how it goes, but I'm probably gonna be prowling the site until the 24th so i can stack 30 plus 25 percent

Ooo nice chilis was wondering how they looked in real life. Bought them during the sale hoping it looked good. Also got the tan multi print one saw ebay pics but it made it look bad with the terrible lighting. We'll see about that one. Wanted the camo but saw that pic someone posted here from the rack i think and it looked bad.
