Did you guys apply the Gilt coupon for 30% off, complete your purchase and then call customer service and have them add the extr 15% off? Are they pretty chill with it, anything special to say or is it a simple transaction?

yea that's what I did. I usually don't like to call just in case it leads to them stopping deals but I had read enough posts that said CH customer service was pretty chill in retroactively applying codes even to an order that already had a coupon. I told her I forgot to apply the code, she put me on hold to check if it would stack, and came back and said they'd refund me 15% when my order shipped.

It is probably a YMMV thing. It says cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.

Just tried this and was shut down by a representative. I feel like I want to try again as I did not implore her that other individuals had it done, just not sure if it'd be weird to call back tomorrow and try it again with a different person. Any thoughts anyone?

called earlier today and tried this. at first the rep said she couldnt do anything about it but after saying a friend called earlier and got the 15% off, she said she'll honor it this time only.

Did you intentionally get 9 for the leathers and 8.5 for the rest since the material is softer and more pliable? Or 9 was a wrong choice but couldn't return it anymore?
