anyone can carry a gun and talk tough but not everyone can wake up everyday and look at their half a head and carry on trying to better themselves and theirsituation

sadly that is how the law works. the moment that dude confronted them about the taunts he pretty much acknowledge that he wanted to fight. with that he gaveconsent to a fight and therefore consented to any injury recieved while fighting. since the two dudes only punched him something that is completely foreseeablewithin the realm of a fight they arent responsible for the fact he fell and hit his head on the pavemeent.

reminds me of my boy ..........
