A little off topic.. but whats the job market like in Hawaii? Specifically Oahu?
Reason is im close to graduation and I have an Aunt over in Oahu, it would be nice to get a working/holiday for maybe 6 months, then holiday in Los Angeles. Immajoring in Marketing and e-Commerce, but anything is considered.

Sorry, I should have been more specific...Watching the sunrise from Mt. Haleakala. Seriously beyond dope...you're essentially on this craterabove the cloud line and you see the sunrise over the clouds. Be warned though...you gotta start your trek at like 2:00am to make it on time...and it ispretty damn cold while you wait...especially for Hawaii...and given your suitcase you probably only have shorts. Take blankets from the hotel. Can't evenwait in the car because people are jockeying for a good spot to see it.

Ive been to Maui twice, but both when I was younger.
Also, the bike ride down haleakala mountain is pretty cool also.

Your aunt doesn't know the situation? You can always check craigslist or careerbuilder since that's where all the local job listings areanyway. From what I've seen it's not good since tourism is way down.

WOW! that is cool, thanks. i don't know if i can fool with the 2am trek and camping out in the cold like a black friday morning at Best Buys though,lol....where is this mountain in relation to kanapaali shores?

Like what other said. The road to Hana is overrated, but then again I had a scratch on my eye and it was in a bunch of pain. If you do go. Go on a bus. Ourguide was pretty informative about the entire island and Hawaii in general and made it at least decent.
We went snorkeling which I would really recommend. It was a lot of fun and you can see some sea turtles.
Also, went parasailing which was awesome, but can be done anywhere. If you haven't done it, it's the perfect opportunity.

i saw the sunset multiple times in multiple places but not here but i ziplined here in these mountains, pretty cool
