660 calories for the whole box.

I was trying to decide on a healthy low calorie dinner and came across the frozen section. Haven't shopped there in a at least 7 years. It's changed quite a bit - a ridiculous amount of healthyish options. I'm not comparing it to making your own healthy food, but to what the options were before.

That's too much food bro what are you doing??

Dont you wanna live a long life?

Unless that's a cauliflower crust, that's not eem healthy-ish.

Works to lose weight fur sure. Don't get why people are hating. Of course there is a healthier way to eat but it's not like this is high calorie or that bad for you.

Also, lol. I'm down for the jokes. I know 1800 might seem crazy to you but there are billions of people doing it.

Frozen food definitely isn't the holy grail of food. One meal a day for convenience seems decent. Gonna stick with this pizza, juice, burrito diet for th and next 30 days and see how it goes. I'll report back!

I haven't used a Microwave in years, serious.

All the food is made fresh, if we have leftovers I'll throw it in the Toaster Oven or pan over fire.

Never liked the way food heats up in the microwave.

I don’t mess with anything cooked in a microwave

Haven’t used one since I was a teen

The thought of cooking food in it is disgusting to me.

If it’s microwaveable, stick it in the oven instead bruh prob taste 100x better too

If I get something microwavable, I use the oven option.

Just not feelin the microwave.

Diet seems like a bad trade off. Excess weight for microwave cancer possibilities. Not from the food but from EMF leakage daily

Yeah I haven't used a microwave for years prior to this. It's definitely not a long term solution but a few months of doing this to help lose weight seems like a good trade off. Dwight Howard ate 5,000+ calories of straight up chocolate bars for over a decade (2013) before the lakers stepped in.

So Dwight Howard was eating 5k calories a day off chocolate and all other food so probably 9-10k for a decade?

Doubt it

And if h was eating that much chocolate it def wasn’t a daily thing

To alter Howard's diet, though, Shanahan first had to understand it. After calls with his bodyguard, chef and a personal assistant, she uncovered a startling fact: Howard had been scarfing down about two dozen chocolate bars' worth of sugar every single day for years, possibly as long as a decade. "You name it, he ate it," she says. Skittles, Starbursts, Rolos, Snickers, Mars bars, Twizzlers, Almond Joys, Kit Kats and oh, how he loved Reese's Pieces. He'd eat them before lunch, after lunch, before dinner, after dinner, and like any junkie, he had stashes all over -- in his kitchen, his bedroom, his car, a fix always within reach.

I could post stories, legitimate ones of how much candy and soda I’d consume on a daily basis

Either way he wasn’t doing that everyday for years and he’s a 7 foot genetic freak so can’t conpare anything he does or eats to us normal people

Bruh OP was in the fitness thread talking a bag of nonsense bout how if you eat leas calories and workout less youll be healthier and live longer than if you consume more calories and do some form of exercise. cant take the man serious
