A coworker says he gets a hook up from shops and I figured I'd give it a try, to see if they're legit pairs or if he's trying to sell reps, I just can't really distinguish a fake from a real pair.

my question for those situations is always "why?" why do you get hook ups from multiple shops. does this guy have a ton of sneakers? because thats the only time i can think of a shop hooking you up. or if you are friends with the owner/employees.

i dont have my pair in yet but they look ok so far. maybe the third pic is throwing me off a little. the medial side looks higher than the other side. not sure if thats just the angle of the pic or if thats how they look now. the shape has definitely changed recently.

They look good to me tbh I just went through Ebay pairs and Goat pairs to use as reference and they all look the same. Same flaws, same shape and same overall look.

Usually on fakes you can tell there is a difference usually the toes are wider looking and they're almost clunky looking if that makes sense lol.

I would have guessed the opposite in these pics. I remember a few years ago the elephant print being so drastic on 3s like that which was what seemed to be what majority wanted. I believe it was when there was possibility of katrina's releasing.

Maybe I just feel like the elephant print lines maybe a little thick but the overall shape of the cuts are lower then the reps. They still dont have the toe rand right or the heel rand. Both are higher then retail. His pair has a small cut on the heel between the tab and midsole and around the toe the shape is lower then the above fake pair and shaped like retail. I'm not 110% on all pairs but I'm pretty sure this ones good, I would still take it to a consignment shop tho
