dad goes to Bahrain every year for the Navy. thank goodness he made Chief petty officer so he gets to choose where to go now.

They've since removed the military from the square and the protesters have retaken it. They were still fired upon by riot police that were left with tear gas and shotguns but made it through and forced the police back.
