However, regardless, I would still look into transferring like 206 said, just because of the stigma that something like this carries. Things will never be the same there again. I would advise you to wait to look for a new school. If you start looking now... a DA would (should) question why you were looking for a new school already ifyou KNEW you were going to be found "not guilty." Think about this. If you were accused of stealing at work and you KNEW you didn't stealanything... but you quit before the investigation started, wouldn't that make you SEEM as if you did something wrong, even if you didnt? Same concept.
Be patient... the system USUALLY works.
