I love them so much. I never feel like I did well after I finish, but I usually end up with a good score. I finish them incredibly fast too.

My business professor told me this and its stuck with me
he said that once you choose an answer, only change it for 2 reasons:
if you're 100% sure that the answer you chose is WRONG
or
if you're 100% sure that another answer is RIGHT

Here's how I take MC tests...
I fill out the scantron (Name, ID, etc.) (worst part of the test
)
Then start answering questions (eliminate obvious wrong choices...Answer if I know it)
One's I don't know I try to eliminate 1 or 2 of the choices and leave it blank, put a circle next to it)
Finish test
Start from the beginning answer the ones I didn't know or was not sure of
Go back and get the final ones I didn't know or was not sure of
Bubble in the answers making sure I check it is the right answer before I bubble in.
Then check to make sure I have all the corresponding answers to question numbers.
Check answers one more time
Then hand it in
Very OD.. And I finish the test rather quick.. After maybe 25minutes (50+ questions).. But spend the next 45 checking it over.. Making me one of the last people in class.
I've been on the Dean's List every semester except 2 (First college semester, and one where Calculus screwed me up).. 3.63cumulative GPA.
Just take your time.. All of it if needed.. And deep breaths help if you get frustrated.. If you panic it makes it worse. You want to have a little edge because it is important but you also want to stay calm..

Every year I attempt to boost my students' final grades by giving them this relatively simple exam consisting of 100 True/False questions from only 3chapters of material. For the past 20 years that I have taught Intro Communications101 at this institution I have never once seen someone score below a 65 on this exam. Consequently, your score of a zero is the first in history and ultimately brought the entire class average down a whole 8 points.
There were two possible answer choices: A (True)and B (False). You chose C for all 100 questions in an obvious attempt to get lucky with a least a quarter of the answers. It's as if you didn't look at asingle question. Unfortunately, this brings your final grade in this class to failing. See you next year!

i'm really good at MC questions.. when i took the SATs i only missed 4 on the whole thing (all three sections).
the thing is, most tests use the same format. if there are 5 questons, 2 will have a wrong 'fact' in common, and 3 will have the right 'fact' in common. even if you dont exactly know the fact being tested, if you can identify something that 3 of the questions have in common, you can eliminate the other 2. from there, you can narrow the 3 remaining facts to the 1 correct answer.
i know what i said sounds confusing.. but if you know how to use it, at a certain point you can breeze through some questions without even reading all the answers. idk its just something i've been using since i first noticed the pattern way back in elementary school.
the thing is, most tests use the same format. if there are 5 questons, 2 will have a wrong 'fact' in common, and 3 will have the right 'fact' in common. even if you dont exactly know the fact being tested, if you can identify something that 3 of the questions have in common, you can eliminate the other 2. from there, you can narrow the 3 remaining facts to the 1 correct answer.

Goodness gracious, then there are MC exams that are easier than other MC exams, I can't differentiate!
What if I arrive at my answer too quickly? I ponder like crazy... "Is it this easy?! no way..."
