My fellow weight lifters...

I use the narrow grip.

Feels more natural to me.

I've tried the wide grip and still experienced the same pain.

And I use gloves already.

i know what you mean but it happens when i bend my wrist out like 90 degrees. sometimes i feel a really sharp pain and it comes back from time totime...sometimes like when i'm trying to do push ups

- you gotta use both grips for development. those bi's aint gonna grow by doing narrow grip alone.

Bi's, twice.

You work on them already when you're workin' on your back (compound movements). Do ISO movements once a week so that makes it twice a week only. 3x aweek is too much for a small muscle group.

used to use dumbells, so i switched it up and went to bars. i felt the pain too, but you just gotta find a grip that works. wrist wraps can take the pain away, but im to lazy to use them

For real, i ended up with a sprained wrist and it lingered for weeks.

I'll say it again, get some wrist wraps. Harbinger makes em. They'll save you the pain.
