If Boston kept the 5th pick in 2007... The Sonics wouldve had a respectable final season with KD, Ray Allen and possibly Rashard Lewis.

Boston wouldnt have reached the finals(duh).
KG would still be a Timberwolf.

Kobe vs LeBron wouldve happened last year, resulting in a Lakers Championship; no Mo Williams and chemistry would not have developed enough from theCLE/CHI/SEA trade.

Those are just a couple teams from that season, the possibilities are endless with all the draft possibilities listed.

Oh yeah, instead of what if Sam Bowie had a better career, what about: what if Michael Jordan was a TrailBlazer?

Jordans wouldve still been white/black/red based. Other than that, would Mike have been as successful out West? We have to remember the East was also prettydamn good.
