YOU honestly have to understand that the Lakers never "had" to win on the road either so far but guess what? They did and against much betterteams. 2 road wins against Detroit? I'm not very impressed. What makes me think that they can beat us in L.A.? Absolutely nothing. If YOU don't seethem as being a horrible road team in the playoffs then feel free to pm me and I can arrange an appointment with an optometrist for you. Enjoy game 3, :-)

how are you not impressed with wins against detroit??? it's a good chance the lakers would probably still be down 2 games if the pistons came out of theeast.

and i dont think that i said the celtics were a good playoff road team. i said they weren't horrible...last time i checked you guys won 2 more road gamesthen the celtics so +%@

yeah, i dont about that terry porter thing in phoenix... also del negro in chicago....anyways, the refs entirely should not be blamed for the lakers beingdown 0-2. my man jupeezy said it; there just needs to be a series where there are even calls, and there hasnt been throughout the playoffs!!!

I'm not impressed with road wins against Detroit because Detroit has to be the most inconsistent good team in the league. 2-7 on the road is WAYdifferent then 4-3 (Going into this series). Sorry. And why aren't you addressing the fact that it took a 66 win Celtic team 7 games to take care of anAtlanta Hawk team that lost more games then they won during the regular season? delgc23, I don't completely blame the refs for the loss. I know the Lakersdidn't play well but the refs were a huge part of it when you go to the hole and don't get calls when your hit you lose confidence and you change yourdemeanor and style of play. It's VERY difficult to play under those conditions and it shouldn't be going on in this league.

i'll agree detroit is very inconsistent but still one of the better teams in the league...the 66 wins means zero in the playoffs. pistons won 59 games andit took celtics 6 to finish that series...doesnt mean much

Hell the ATL Hawks and CAVS took the Celtics to seven games and they won a COMBINED 82 games....
Regular season means little.....

victory b$#ches...on to game 4....*turns up track 4 makaveli 7 day theory*....LOL!

and somebody needs to tell doc that leaving ray allen on that island with kobe is NOT gonna get u anything but cooked....LOL!

game 4 will be a pivotal game (in my NBA announcer voice)...vujacic stepped up for the Mambas last night, but he might be the next Leon Powe...and the Celtsgot nothin from Pierce, and still had an opportunity to get the win... all you Lakers fans: what do yall think about Odom stinkin up the place in thisseries???

i think with him, gasol and fisher playing the worst they have all post season and we still get the W was good....hopefully they play no worse than they havebecuz we need them to step up....like yesterday. lol....and like i told my homies if the lakers hit their free throws this game was a blowout...pointblank....they need to tie the series up on thursday becuz 3-1 is never a good look

the lakers just got too comfortable....and they should have known 1st off whenever a team comes out down that much they will make a run....we were just outthere lettin bammas go straight in for layups....i am sick right now! lol them bammas just gave up...all they had to do 2nd half was smarten up....head fake, two dribbles, shot....or head fake and to the cup....they shot a lot of deep shots when they didnt have to....i am tired of these ni99as not playing a completegame...boston got to the loose balls and rebounds more AGAIN in the 2nd half....thus they deserved the victory....but i dont agree with benching odom down thestretch last night...he played his best all series and was even playing D and boarding last night....i just still cant believe we gave that game up lastnight....like i was just sitting there like %%@ just happened.....i even kirked on my girl last night for no reason...LOL! the !#!% made no sense son...

Teams in the West generally dont play defense and the Lakers slacked up. The reason the Spurs have won championship in pass years is defense. You cant expectto win without playing defense. Hopefully KG, Pierce and Jesus Shuttleworth get their rings.

Somebody get them lakers a boxspring and mattress, them boys were sleeping on boston heavy last. I don't even like boston but I couldn't help but yell"JESUS" when ray hit that reverse layup.

that super slo mo on that reverse was crazy....it was as sick as the same side layup he did in he got game...he was bar-b-q'n sasha out there....smh

Haven't been in this thread in a minute, but was interested in reading comments after last's nights game. Instead I see my Suns being insulted.

That sucks!

Back on topic-

Umm, I wonder how drunk Kobe got last night (he was talking about taking shots in the post game interview) and I wonder if Lamar Odom had to get police escortsto get him home safely. I wonder if Phil called Kareem and got the best pound he could get his hands on. I wonder if Sasha is still crying.

Hmm.... I wonder.

First off, I gotta give Doc Rivers credit for outcoaching Phil Jackson. Dude made the necessary adjustments and his team responded. The resilience that theCeltics showed last night was admirable. That was about as a demoralizing of a defeat that I have seen. I just don't know how the Lakers can respond towhat happened last night. I don't care if Kobe was 3-18, homie should have flat out taken over for the last 4-5 minutes of the game. He's the bestbasketball player on the planet, and he was putting TOO much trust into his teammates in the clutch and being passive. I don't see the Lakers bouncing backfrom this defeat. By bouncing back, I mean by WINNING the series. They "could" take the game on Sunday, but when or "if" the game goes backto Boston, it's gonna be a wrap for LA. How is it that fans in Golden State get more amped during the regular season than what the fans at the StaplesCenter have shown during the finals? I mean, there was a point during the game where JVG said it was quiet (they were up by 18+) because the fans were"tired" from cheering when the team was up by 24. That's unbelievable and shows the TRUE make up of many LA sports "fans." It'sgoing to be interesting to see which Lakers team/Kobe shows up on Sunday. As of right now, there are more questions than answers surrounding the team.

*Am I the only one who thinks that Gasol plays a little soft? Dude is a wee bit too finesse at times...

lake show pumped the brakes hard thinkin that game was over, too bad it was halftime... and that ray allen reverse was sick in that super slo mo they broughtout for the playoffs... and if you read, my comment from the other day, i think i said that vujacic would be the next leon powe...sunday's game will showthe true colors of both teams...

Phil Jackson hasnt coached since Mike and Scottie, bamma stay sitting on the bench with legs cross, collecting a check and knocking off the boss daughter. Kobeis probably the secret coach of the Lakers.
