NEED HONEST ADVICE

The other day i saw the Post Your Girl thread. And started thinking.. when am i gonna get my +*#! together and find me gf at least a JO.
Im still in high school, 17, still  young n all but to be honest I have nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo skills. none.  i can talk to girls that i kno (thus already in the friendzone) but at parties or places where there are good lookin girls my age, i cant chat up even the ugliest girl

(i also am really bad when doing things under the gaze of others)

help? how do i boost my confidence enought to talk to the biddies?

you don't need skills in HS, just keep trying
and you'll get 2nd chances with all the females you strike out with once you graduate

It's HS. Just go for it. The biggest thing you have to learn to accept is that EVERYONE will get rejected; usually multiple times. But the bright side is there are MILLIONS of girls out there. The odds are in your favor. Just go out there with no fear, and go for it. If it doesn't work out, just keep it moving. If it does, enjoy it...... THEN keep it moving. Especially in HS, you won't be talking to any of these chicks in a few years anyways. By then you'll be hanging with some of those fine college girls. But only if you can hone your skills in HS!! So get out there lil buddy and do your thing.
