I doubt that, if anything their pops knows him and helped him out with favors
they just look like neighbors and the kids don't look like they know what they're doing business wise to be giving out $

I telling you they probably paid him that much. They are some well to do suburban kids that love Texas rap and was like this would be cool to get Lil Flip to be in our video. The area looks like any number of nice suburbs on Houston( The Woodlands,Kingwood etc) Hows Lil Flip gonna know their parents anyways?
