Yes..... BUT...... Alabama.... guess who the “certain” people will be?Not mad at this at all. I'm for Capital punishment if the person is without a doubt guilty.
To play devil's advocate. In this instance, why should one care? They're a child molester.Yes..... BUT...... Alabama.... guess who the “certain” people will be?
Because i can see this get turned on innocent people and I don’t think that’s a long shot either. On the flip side I can see guilty people get saved due to a certain privilegeTo play devil's advocate. In this instance, why should one care? They're a child molester.

They can hide the blatant racism right before your eyes.
Because if you question the legitimacy of the fairness in selecting "certain" follks, you then get labeled as one that protects child molesters.
Brilliant in the name of racism Alabama
No.One would hope they would wait for certain until they get factual evidence and all of that. But it's Alabama so I see your point
I see what you mean in the sense that if one were to question the individuals involved in the case then one would he labeled as defending child molesters but wouldn't the case for racism in this be stronger if this bill was targeted towards some other crime, instead of child molestation?
Define child molester though?
19 year old dude and a 16 year old girl? Are we calling THAT child molestation?
Will the state treat that with the same intensity as a more extreme case?
It is just too much leeway for JUDGEMENT here.
