It's not that these cars are ugly, they are no longer practical. Standard vehicles are NOT meant to support these type of rims. I know there are a lot of modifications done, but cars that are modified for "looks" ultimately have more mechanical problems down the road.
28 inches on a Hummer, ok. 28 inches on a Impala. Not so much. You hit a pepple and forget about it...
Not to mention, in my opinion, if you're buying a Porsche SUV or Maserati there is no need to "kandy" paint it...the car gets enough looks as it is.

Great thread! Got any pics of some more done up Caddies? Particularly older transverse northstar platform models(Seville, Eldo, DeVille)? IMO those are the dopest looking donked out whips. STS>Impala & Eldo> Monte all day any day
To the haters hating on these rims, like Cam said it isn't like the rims are glued on lol. Different people have different styles when it comes to clothes music and yes even cars.
The only time big rims piss me off is when people cut the wheel-well of a classic car to fit them.
