I think Cartman actually first says Craig, not Greg. Then he proceeds to target just about everybody so we truly don't know who it is as the end.

Funny Dark Knight references and Watchmen apparently(haven't seen it yet)

Encore is on Comedy Central in like 5 minutes to anyone who wanted to catch it.
