congratulations to the NY Giants for ANOTHER winning season ANOTHER playoff birth ANOTHER year eliminating the cowboys

congratulations to Eli Manning for owning the dallas cowboys throughout your career with a 10-6 record, eliminating them from contention twice the first time was the first ever meeting in the playoffs in which you beat them on the road to super bowl and lets not forget the NFL record for TDs in the 4th qtr and I believe lead the league in qb rating in the 4th while the giants not even being picked to finish top 2 by any "expert" before all the insane amount of injuries while losing boss and smith(clearly not great loss) also while your running game was the worst in the NFL and while your defense allowed more points than you and your offense scored and despite your receiving corps dropping the 2nd most passes(unconfirmed, i heard, but i'm confident since he came into the NFL they are top 5) and while having the one for the worst offensive lines in football(says pro football focus whatever that is) but seriously the OL was so bad this year oh and congrats on leading the NFL in pass plays over 20 yards(unconfirmed)......and congrats on shutting up the clowns that laughed at you when you said you're an Elite QB........best run on sentence ever!

thank you Eli Manning for an Pro Bowl MVP type season(shocked if he is not top 5 in MVP voting and clowns were mad he made the pro bowl) I just hope your back can hold up for a few more games.

also i should point out the giants were top 6 in rushing TDs with 17 despite being last in rushing, how do you explain that? Eli Manning getting them there all season....

how many teams in the history of the NFL have made the playoffs with a rushing attack dead last and defense allowing more points than the offense scored? not many if any!

the jets woke up the giants passrush, i think they are a legit contender to win it all.....the year they won it all with Eli they almost beat the perfect pats during reg season and this year they almost beat green bay....really the only team the scares me is Saints.
Would love to see a Giants Steelers super bowl

I don't see why the Giants can't win it all ... They are scary up front on defense ...

Dude is solidifying himself as an elite quarterback.
First 2 picks in the draft need to be cornerbacks, Alphonso Smith got worked yesterday.
Defensive backs coach should be fired.
Run game will be a huge help next year when Leshoure and Best come back healthy.
Playoff game against the Saints is going to be a track meet similar to the game this week, Lions win by 4

Matt Flynn balled out on the Lions

He is going to get paid by someone next year that is for sure.

That team needs to clean house, and Romo hurt hand or not, continues to make terrible decisions with the ball.

$%!@ this sucks ... I just want to enjoy football and now I have to pull for upset after upset to just make this interesting ...

Welp...with the season we had, he was bound to get clipped.

Rams coach Spagnuolo and GM Bill Devaney got the pink slip as well.

whos idea was it to trade a 1 and 2 for palmer? that was such a bad trade then and even more so now..... building around a 32 year old QB by giving up those picks not the best idea

Jets #$!$ the bed, and many changes need to be made (players and coaches). That's all I really have to say at this moment about them.

At the end of the day though, the Cowboys will be fine.

Yea that is going to go down as one of the worst trades ever.  Palmer sucked during his last year or 2 in cincy, nothing to make me believe he could turn it around and he still stays making bad mistakes.  Is Campbell a free agent or is he going back?  Wouldn't be surprised if he was to beat out Carson for the starting position next year.

The show that Matt Flynn and Mathew Stafford put on yesterday.

Three, I said, THREE QB's goin for 5,000, and 2 more right behind.

That alone says more about the 84 mark than this crap this year.

Don't worry Oakland, you can improve your defense thru the draft.........

Bengals make the playoffs, and get extra picks as well.  Talk about being set up for the future.

Calvin, yesterday, and his season.

Janikowski deserves better.  That kick he made after the 15 yard penalty was amazing.  He stands to benefit most from the trade, anytime you have a QB who can respond to TD drives with FG drives, makes your job as a kicker much more important.

Palmer, 10 games, 16 picks.  Not draft picks given up, interceptions.  Matt Moore had a better season, and nobody would give up a bunch of draft picks for Matt Moore, but his value was higher than that of Carson Palmer.  Moore is younger too.

  Great trade.

Jets, got what they deserved.  Run their @+%%#*@#*%#*+ mouth every God damn week, and then get their !#+%# stomped out by the Dolphins WITHOUT, Reggie Bush, Jake Long, and Karlos Dansby, and with like 18 people in the stands.

Sanchize, you're great, hope you play QB in NY for the next 15 years.  You and your fanbase deserve it.

Bunch of bums.  Revis don't talk to the medie.  Bart Scott can't wait to get out the lockeroom, that little +#%$% Santonio needs an escort out the lockeroom so he don't say nothin, Rex cryin in the lockeroom.

Tampa Bay, my God.  What a quit.  42-0 before half.

I been sayin for a couple weeks they look like they quit, there it is.  What a shame.

Sad that Morris doesn't get more time but a bum clown like Norvs gets chance after chance after chance.

Nothing I care to review so I'll do a playoff preview.

- Looking forward to Matt Ryan trying to get a signature playoff moment. Could come in the WC showdown against Eli and the Giants. That game is bound to go down to the wire.

- Whether Tebow ever improves as a passer or not, I'm rooting for him to at least get one upset. Pitt may be w/o Mendenhall and they still have to go to Denver. It's possible. Repeat, possible.

- The best thing about CIN vs. HOU is that one of them will be in the 2nd round. Both have gone against some adversity to get here, but I highly doubt either team gets beyond the divisional round.

- Detroit/N.O. should be exciting and Detroit has a punchers chance, but the Saints and Brees are too damn technical and will prevail. That's bad news for the Niners because they won't beat the Saints.

Should be fun.

I'm bitter with the NFL. This trend of multiple 5000 yard passers, 40 being the new 30 and smashed offensive record league wide is not cool.

some teams play it safe, some don't....regardless, it was the smart move to sit rodgers.

besides, im sure he'll challenge for both the yards and TD record a couple more times in his career
yea, it worked out for everyone.
Packers kept Rodgers healthy, Matt Flynn had a monster game, showed the lg he can play and now will get paid.
