$#!t is beyond hype now....a friend of a friend who works at FTL was thrown out of his house by his own cousin (who owns the house) because he couldn't get him a pair locked down. Cops were called....restraining orders filed...dudes are getting ugly and throwing family under the bus over this.

All because Nike deliberately cut 85% of production when they saw the hype building?

I'm glad some people are on the same page. I was on the fence about even trying for these, but since Nike pulled them all I'm left with is overall disgust at how all consumed by some silly shoes people are. I have fun collecting kicks, and it's something that goes back to the early 90's as a kid growing up in Chicago with MJ at his peak, but I have trouble understanding the lengths a lot of people go to now; how obsessed people are over a pair of shoes. We'll all live without Galaxy Foams on our feet, or on our shelves, or even the resale dollars in our bank accounts.

Houston isn't looking too good for the Foams. Haven't been by the Galleria, but I can only imagine what the line looks like. Active Athletes already has a line/list going for their 12-20 pairs. Premium Goods, as always, never comes through with their sketch manager/employees and the usual "we haven't gotten them in" or "don't know how many we have" lines they throw at people. If these don't drop overseas, I'm out of a pair. Not paying resale for a shoe that's already high enough in price.

This release will +%#% up this whole shoe game/culture/hobby whatever you want to call it...

Nike has seen new hype with these, they will throw that limited tag on anything they can to build hype. Then drop more stupid, and gimmicky colorways after the hyped shoe and label them QS or limited also. Thats nothing new, but I think they'll go about it different because of this release.

Resellers (or these so called unemployed people smh) will gobble all this !$!# up. Leaving the people that actually work for their money will be screwed without the shoes or have to get raped to get em.

This release has gotten out of hand. Nike has many LOYAL customers, that they will lose for good from releases like this. Some were on the edge already with price hikes, and quality decline.... this !$!# could just be the straw that broke the camels back....
 
Footaction always gets foams but a few days back they said they're not getting the galaxy's... but since NDC and Eastbay ain't getting these... yall think footaction will get them? Those pairs had to go somewhere

those pairs were never made, or they were given to celebrities and athletes FOR FREE.

For Jordan, I would say the Titanium XX3s.  23 pairs per 23 stores.  Some BS like that.  People went crazy trying to cop them.
