NIKE AIR FORCE ROBINSON PUMPS??????????????????????

really wish these came out again...especially the neon yellow pair...

I remember them coming out when I was in the 8th grade... been wanting them since then...

I hate to be the one to say it but as much of a classic as this is... I cannot dream of nike trying to replica the same pump technique

I wish these would retro, but like others said it would probably sell weakly.

On a side note, i came across some Air Jordan Flight 45 samples in a Command Force CW

twisting the knob switched between two bladders. One wrapped aound the heel and ankles, the other inflated under the arch for arch support.

here's a ps with a Air Force 180 ankle piece. With Nike doing the hybrid thing...why not? They wouldn't have to mess with the pump tech.

Nike make it happen...

But if dey do come out, dey won't look nothing like the OG's when it comes 2 height, nike might make'em a lot lower

a million points if you can name the people in this picture aside from the admiral himself......time to look at the skybox card set.
david robinson, david wingate (blurry in the back), jeff turner, morlon wiley, but I don't know who the dude with the 70s porn 'stache is, only guy I could look up who looks remotely like that is dave corzine? i honestly didn't know who most of them were without researching, but that's a good and tough question! that looks like it's from the Magic's expansion year, or maybe the next year...

oh and, those admiral pumps have been going for $600-1000 DS on eBay lately... Nike might catch on....
That looks like Greg Kite? with the porn 'stache. I remember him from the Celtics in the 80's
Man Kudos to both of you.....All I remember from the magics during their early years was Scott Skiles, Denise Scott, Nick Anderson ReggieTheus.....Good Job on this guys. A million and a half points

I would as long as it looked the same. I mean retro Reebok Pumps don't actually work.

now would have probably been a good time to release since everyone is hightop crazy now (yeezy, TK supra, RT1, etc)....but then again.....who's to say theywould really sell like that unless they were a QS like stated earlier...plus I would assume the retail sticker being quite large

and yeah wingate was the one dude I could identify without help, even though he was blurry.

IIRC, Nike don't own the patent for the inflatable system any more.

Even if they did, i can see them being too darn cheap to find a place that could reproduce the inflatable bladder correctly.

Know why the original no Phylon 360 bubble was phased and replaced with a smaller Air Max unit that does use Phylon?

Cost. The original 360 bubble was produced in the US then shipped to Asia.

The new ones, they can just make them abroad and pad out the difference with Phylon.

Oh sorry, it's called Cushlon this year. My bad.

Bottom line: Nike are too cheap to pay for the tooling to get the bladders remade properly.

yeahh man, these are so old school. these are like the highest hi-top i ever seen. i dont even remember seeing a pair in stores back in the day. you think theywould do good in todays market? probably will.. thats a hot feature on the shoe..

FALSE, the reebok pumps DO work, and reebok is killin it with their retro pumps as of late, Nike would be DUMB not to bring back this shoe people would be allover these if they retro them with the functional pump, reebok can do it, nike should be able to as well, honestly, its really NOT that complicated as far asthe rights to make a shoe with pumping technology in it that may be another story, i remember for years people said the 180's would never come back becauseof a lawsuit on the technology yet Nike some how has brought them back a few times over the years.
