Soooo my left side air bubble jus popped th other day..been using these daily as a work shoe. did alil reading on google and looks like nike offers vouchers for "defects". This ever happen to anybody, if so what steps did u take to get a voucher/efund
i have been doing alil research on google about what their warranty covers... im kinda scared to send them as i can see a visible whole on the side of the air bubble unit..I've returned 5 pairs of airmaxes over the past 4 years. Never has a problem with them not giving me a refund. Very easy process. Just get the return verification number. If you purchased them from ndc they even pay for your return shipping. If they were purchased at a retail store you'll have to cover shipping costs. Nike will refund the retail price plus tax.
Popped the airmax bubbles in 4 of them and one pair of 09s the messed ripped on the top of the toebox. I've never been able to see were the actual hole was at though so i'm not so sure in your case. All you can do is send them in and see. They'll send them back to you if they won't cover them under warranty.i have been doing alil research on google about what their warranty covers... im kinda scared to send them as i can see a visible whole on the side of the air bubble unit..I've returned 5 pairs of airmaxes over the past 4 years. what were the issues you experienced with the shoes?
I got some air max 2013s about less than 2 months ago & I do a lot of running indoors on treadmills. The air bubble popped and I sent them back to nike for a voucher. They sent me an email today denying my request. They said it happened due to contact with a foreign object when I know that that's simply not the case. Any advice on how I can go about trying to get a replacement even though they denied the claim? I'm going to call them Monday morning
