Nike Alphadunk

I see the black/blue pair on eBay for $170, do you guys think these look like a shoe to wear casually?

I'm overseas right now, and I tried them on in a store. Some thoughts:

Cushion is great, zoom is as good and bouncy as it looks. You can feel it up to your toes. The heel is alright, the phylon has some compression.
The forefoot doesn't bend much at all. All I see is big men playing in them in FIBA so thats who they're probably meant for.
Materials are thick but don't need much break in, and feel nice and premium to the touch.
Outsole pattern is thick and hard enough to play outdoors.
I went up half, that worked better for me. I'm a slight wide footer.

I didn't get them, I'm gonna wait til the price goes down. Its not a sig, so theres gonna be discounts the longer you wait. Also I'm not sure they'll be great to play in for me. I like some flex in my shoes, and the Lebron 16 still has really good zoom and a ton of flexibility. But I really liked how that forefoot felt so I'll get em down the line and see how they do on court. But Im thinking Its gonna be like how a full length max air shoe or lebron 10 plays, just a little less bulky in the heel.

Don't see a low happening. Just by the makeup of the shoe

Agreed, although I think the Rize would be more likely thank the Alphadunk looking at them. Just was thinking that if they're pushing this as their Hyperdunk replacement, they'd be bringing out some lows eventually.

looking at the toebox it seems like the bottom zoom is stiff, but the top knit is soft, which kinda feels like wearing house slippers, is this the case for those who have tried them on?

so i received the Hoverboard colorway pair a few days ago. i like the shoes, but they are just too loud for me when i saw them in person. i didn't think i would wear it that much so i returned it to the local Nike outlet. i plan to order the dunk of death colorway when they drop on the 30th though. the shoe itself aside from the colorway was really nice. i wish the other colorways would have that smaller gel filled swoosh. i thought it was pretty sweet.

My LOB’s cane today.
From just walking around the house for a little while, the Zoom Air in The forefoot is extremely responsive. Just like nightwing said, they aren’t flexible, but they’re pretty comfortable. They definitely look bulky and these are indeed catered to a PF or Center. Pretty solid quality. The y fit true to size and loaded Zoom air in the front is definitely fit you got to get used to. Overall, I love these.

I think i’m Going to sell these for under retail. They comfy, but I got these off an impulse

So, I returned my pair back. The shoes are just a little to bulky for my liking.

Initial break-in, it’s wide but not as wide as harden vol. 1, maybe because of the padding inside the shoe. Forefoot Zoom is nice, very nice. Heel is very stiff compared to forefoot. Knit is very rough, requires a little bit of breaking in, def not as soft as Lebron 16 knit. Traction seems good so far, we will see soon enough.
