So much this. Who thought those guards were a good idea? And the graphics on most ruin the whole shoe. The only pair I like of this model so far is the black Lakers pair that dropped early. Otherwise I've liked some but there's always a major detail that looks idiotic or uncomfortable and that has kept me away. I doubled on the Lakers tho. Comfortable too.

I’m sure as a kid, Michael Jordan’s star power alone wouldn’t have you giving two cents about the voice of a cartoon character who was aligned with the bad guys.
Heck unless your parents were letting you watch any and everything around that time, the only films that would have remotely reminded you were Matilda, Batman Returns, Mars Attacks and maybe a few others...

Funny you should say that...
Movies are my first passion. I was loading a laser disc player when I was 4 years old. I wrote Arnold Schwarzenggger when I was 5, telling him my favorite movies were "Predator," "Total Recall," and "Commando." I got a signed photo.
And I knew who Danny DeVito was well before Space Jam came out.
My point was that I found it funny that "Swackhammer" is now in the vocabulary of hundreds of people because of a sneaker. I have encyclopedic knowledge of movies from almost 30 years ago and I had no clue the guy had a name
