^^For some reason my 2 places local did not get 10.5s or 11.5s in stock. Had to go with an 11 but it works for me.

1) What is men's to women's sizing in metcon? Is it add 1.5 to men's to get corresponding women's?
2) How much narrower are the women's compared to the men's?

it's almost a foregone conclusion that I wont be owning any DSX due to the unappealing men's CWs

Same. I got the all black, but that is the only color that works for me. DSX is far superior to the regular metcon, so it's a bummer having to downgrade.
