There is no Nike Outlet in Bellflower. The closest outlet would be at The Block @ Orange.

In Bellflower? Tell your brother to try Athletic Shoe Connection off Downey Avenue/Artesia Blvd.

If not, there's always Cerritos/Lakewood Mall.
