I think this has to have been implemented for some time now. Not an outlet store but I remember calling Nike Flatiron and wanted to know if they’d take phone orders for the VF 4%, said they would as long as it was a gift card

I couldn’t see why that would not transition to an outlet/clearance store as well.

The question is does EVERY outlet store accept phone orders via GC or is it a select few.

I’d say a select few. I know somebody who is able to look up stock at stores across the country if I give him a style/color code. I’ve tried many times with gift cards to order when he is able to find a place with stock. I have yet to get anybody to fulfill my request of using a gift card to do a phone order.
