NikeTalk Would You Save Her? I Would!

Of all people the black male was the first to get the cuffs. That should be very telling to all the academy drop outs here on NT but somehow I don't think you all have the intellect to comprehend this.

Help me out bra. I don't get it.

looks at your location........makes sense

By policy of most retail stores, your not even allowed to touch a thief. Your job is to confront them, take them back to lost prevention office, call police(based on value of item or items stolen)

Those three guys grabbing that lady(AND IM SURE NONE OF THEM WORK THERE) is actually assault and she should press charges on all three of them and sue Walmart.

We have the lady, accused of stealing, then we have the dudes who potentially assaulted her, yet the black dude is the first to be put in cuffs. I don't get it either.

On a side note, my man showed great restraint. Had that been my girl one of those cornhuskers would have taken a shopping cart to the grill. Maybe he knew she stole it, otherwise he needs to be smacked for allowing that.

I never seen a citizens help like this, all over something from a retail store. And this is coming from the video posted last week of the naked dude in SF harassing people where no one was helping. I just hope she had her receipt.

I think that is her son, but I could be wrong. So did she steal it or not?

I bet those rednecks felt BIG when they saved the day and got that $5 back for walmart -_-

and **** the police for showing up hours after
that your mom in the video? LOL because your feels is feeling

I bet they did, maybe it threw em over the edge seeing somebody steal **** from the store where they had to pay for what they had gotten. Looks like it took the cops 8 or 9 minutes, which isn't good- but in perspective- this wasn't an emergency. It looks like the Wal-Mart people had that cart filled with whatever she took, and they weren't leaving- so it was all under control.

This is what I think too. I worked retail for 6 years all throughout high school and college and if there is one thing I saw from thieves whether shoplifting or even credit card theft (I am talking all races here from black, white, hispanic, etc) is they sure like to act out when they are being accused. I am not saying what those guys did was right but I also wonder if there was cooperation on her part. Of course from this video, there is no way to tell how this panned out and of course all we are going to see is a bunch of white guys holding a black lady down but if I was accused right off the bat for stealing and had a receipt, I'd cooperate since I know I am right. If those guys bumrushed her without really saying much, they sure should have handled it better.

Maybe they were making a citizens arrest

3 counts of battery, false imprisonment, etc. That woman has a case.

Regular dudes can't go around detaining people against a wall... what the hell kind of crap is that?

SMH had the cops arresting lil man right at the start without even talking. he was just standing there too. didn't get physical with no one and wasn't yelling threatening things.
Also why can't they let lady show her receipt?

Cus she aint have it. she was thievin

If I had it on me, woulda just thrown the money in their face and said let her go.

Three men to hold down any woman that isn't a UFC fighter or Lela Ali is ridiculous.

If she stole, she should be responsible for theft. I worked at wal-mart as an asst. manager and was over lost prevention, her dollar amount has to reach that of a felony to even really matter.

We all know what that was about. WE ALL KNOW WHAT THAT WAS ABOUT.

Throw the money in their face? LOL so basically you can just try to steal but if you get caught just throw the money in their face and everything is ok..., gotcha

Haha....for real. I caught someone stealing but couldn't get them to open their jacket (it was just bunch of pens cause I worked at an art store) and she just shows me her purse saying "I got tons of money! Why do I have to steal?!". Like having money justifies them actually stealing after they get caught.

Did some of y'all's parents just neglect to teach you to take responsibility for your actions? I mean really now. "I stole but you could of been nicer to me so let's shift the attention to how mean you were to me AFTER I stole" LOL

what i'm saying is, a damn lunchable? you don't think that was excessive for something that cost $2.50? stealing something that cause $2.50 is excessive also, but damn. Hemmed her up over 4 crackers some cheese and a hi-c?
