It really depends on the culture. In China I've seen a 12 year old walk in a seven eleven and buy a pack of cigs and beer for his pops.

If there's no forbidden fruit factor and proper parenting you're not going to have a problem with not having a drinking age

When it comes to "underage" drinking in china it's only the expat kids going wild

Man it's still easy as hell to get drinks regardless, I was a borderline alcoholic at 16, the last thing we need to be worried about is lowering the age.
