I went 21 days for personal reasons, broke my streak cause I ain't wanna bust early, and I had to force myself to fap.

It STILL doesn't feel the same. SMH.

For the better tho. I rarely get an urge now.

Been 2 weeks fap free doe. Tryna go till the end of the year.

I been pr0n and fap free for 5 days. I'm gonna try to aim for something that I know that can be doable so I won't feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. I'm aiming for 90 days and I will tell you guys the experience, pros, cons and whatever there is to know. I suggest those who did no fap november to do it too.
