Damn we got different interpretations of the rulebook here. I always thought if you took the journey of no fapping it also meant not looking at porn. But now I see some peeps looked at porn but did not fapped and considered it a win for november. If you watched that video of your brain on porn it explains the negative effects it can have on you. Feels like NT needs a competition committee to set rules straight for this annual nter journey.
