How is that a necessity?

I'd give you that having hot water and lighting are good comforts to have - but a/c and constant heating aren't necessities - speak to 80% of the world.

i really dislike the new NT style-

dude just posts a pic then waits it out instead of just telling the story.....its obviously not a HOUSE bill, it could be a business. warehouse, complex or something like that but even in a big house with ac on 24/7 your not hitting 100k
