As someone that's not religious, I do understand the cultural significance of it.
I've never seen it in person, but I hope they rebuild, and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing it in the future.

I completely agree. However, let's not act like nawghty hasn't displayed some kind of way towards europeans. at least it seems that way. I despise the european religious efforts to conquer the world under a book.
Still doesn't give a valid reason to say, let that building burn to the ground. it's still of significance.all art should be preserved and kept safely. obviously it doesn't work that way in reality.

therefore, a historical building should not be cared about? I do not see how that is of relevance. if you choose to turn the cheek, then you are no better than the europeans who committed great crimes against the world. it's an endless cycle and you are participating in it.
