That does not negate the very valid point minorities have, from slavery to racial and social injustice.

But we are talking about landmarks and historical value, something I can separate from religious beliefs which is what you kind of mentioned.

You do realize that the Romans kept records of everything, every birth, right? During the time of record, there is no record of a Jesus at all. If that was not the real name, what was it? You are supposedly smart, wrote a thesis, right? Could he have been known under another name? There was no record of Mary either. How did his birth come to be December 25?

Why did they pick December 25 for his birth? Those records still exist. There is no birth of any Jesus, no Joseph as father, no Mary as mother. In Judaism, the child is is traced through the mother, not the father. So if that wasn't his real name, what was it? I am sure that you have an answer, genius.
