NT..HELP

I rolled my ankle playing ball today... at first i could walk on it but now it has gotten worst.. smh

any help?

RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation. Ice your ankle periodically for the next 48-72 hours. Rest it for the next couple of days and take a break from ballfor about a month or 2. You'll be straight
 
When you roll your ankle you're able to walk due to adrenaline....get home and RICE
 
15 minutes heat 15 minutes ice...give it rest thats the main thing you have to do for it to get better.
