there was a scene where someone burnt a ton of weed in a school and it circulated through all the vents and got the whole school high

that's all i remember

OP never mentioned a high school...he said "got the whole school high." In How High, towards the end of the film, Meth tries an experiment witheveryone at the school function by burning tons of green. If not this, then I have no idea.
