To anyone saying 2010 didn't deliever, commit that.
Just because R&B improved from
2009's dismal year, doesn't mean it was on point this year.

Fantasia - Solid album. Dope lead single, and the album was cool. Not as dope as her first. Her voice continues to be >>>>her albums.
Monica - Been a fan since 95. Very happy this album sold well for her. Lead single was fire. Love All Over Me (JD Joint) was a beast too. But the album as a whole was very forgettable.
Jazmine Sullivan - I love this woman, and her voice is the truth. What happened on the album, I have no idea...because it won't it. Her first album was much much better. Same problem as Fantasia this go around. Voice>>>>album
Miguel - This is the hottest album out of any of the ones you mentioned.
Tank - I haven't listened to this yet, but I've heard good things and I think he's a talented dude, so I'ma check for it for sure

The only great album that dropped was Love Letter by Kells. And I can't consider a year in which there was only 1 great album, as "delivering."

That being said...R&B is trending back towards that real %#$@, and in 2011, you can bet everything that the realness is about to return. That ill %#$@ from the 90's...its coming back, just watch. So if you feel like this year was on point, you're gonna lose your mind next year.

Really???
2009 was great to me in terms of R&B
