Why are there always post for the EASIEST interviews on Earth, but you never see people asking for help for case interviews, technical interviews, stress interviews, etc.
Stuff that is actually intellectually challenging or stressful.



Since your young, i'll put you on game.

Its a Behavioral interview. Just have examples ready for teamwork, strengths/weaknesses, and since this is retail...possible some questions related to ethics in your field. I.E. what would you do in this i situation. They'll probably ask you why "insert company". I haven't had a wage job interview in years so i don't remember how much knowledge about the company they are going to expect you to know.


In short, if you got called for the interview...you got the job unless you have 0 social skills.

um just basic questions from what i remember
what school did u go to,why would u like to work for us,work references...etc.

everyone i know who ever worked there hates it. but it's mad easy because no one really shops at K Mart anymore.
i thought they went bankrupt anyway
