Never, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever, let someone use black beeswax or any black colored wax on your hair.
Yellow beeswax is cool. Never the black kind....

There is a black gel called ampro people use, this is also safe, but it flakes, yellow beeswax doesn't.

dont get your hair wet at all costs

to get your hair to lay down- du rag (kind of obvious)

dont scratch your head no matter how tempting...put a moisturizer in between the locks where you scalp is....

I'm asking because I twisted my BF's hair, because he wanted them done, I believe comb twists - I wanted to try it.

I used the yellow beeswax, but his roots aren't really working man, what should I do? I can't get them to twist.
