Defense? Im lookin into home security systems, but iffy because I also like my privacy and don’t want to be recorded all of the time. I was also thinking about getting a dog but I do not want that responsibility at the moment.

I second Arlo. Like mentioned there’s far better systems. But it’s convenient, easy to install and works at the end of the day.
I don’t have any inside the house just outside around the house.
Check Costco they usually run deals on Arlo’s. And they take anything back if it doesn’t work or you’re not happy with it.

its all relative. get the Arlo, she will love it
you CAN get 4k, thermal imaging, 360 cameras, etc if you pay enough... but for 99% of us and common use cases... get the Arlo. or something comparable im sure theres a dozen.

Never shot one but without a stock its pretty pointless
takes AR mags i think, breaks down like the SU. Only 9.2"barrel though... not great for 5.56

Got some tings in the cue... Got inspired by all the AR building. Had to hit the homies at Midwest/Criterion up... pics soon. Plus with DE seeking to restrict/monitor pistol purchases might be time to try a G45, i dont have any 5th gen glocks.

Got my Remington 870 back from the doctor. Took a little time to build it after I found a stripped receiver for a good price on gunbroker. Had it tapped and drilled for the Aridus CROM it’s wearing, cerakoted, and had new shell latches staked in to fix a misfeed issue I was having.
Cotton Branch Custom out of MS did work on both these gauges. Top one had the barrel cut to 19”, Scattergun technology sights added with tritium front sight in layer into the rib, and stock cut down to 12”. This gun is meant as my sleeper…first look it seems like any old shotgun but when you look closer you can see the custom touches.

I know man, had to accept defeat and move on.Went to all my local spots today and heres Scheel’s Wolf selection from a few months ago pre ban to compare to the last few days. Pics are from June of this year and the last two are post ban announcement from yesterday up to like 4 hours ago.
