Official: 2009 Fantasy Football Thread (Week 7)

My team:

QB: Manning(Peyton)
RB: AP, Benson, Addai, Mendenhall, Bradshaw, McCoy, McFadden
WR: Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, Sims-Walker
TE: Vernon Davis

I just got proposed this trade Mendenhall/Sims-Walker for Ladainian Tomlinson

I know LT is declining but i think he can still be a flex back. Mendenhall and MSW I still dont believe in.

So my team would now be :


QB: Manning(Peyton)
RB: AP, Benson, LT, Addai, Bradshaw, McCoy, McFadden
WR: Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, I can pick up Holt or somebody
TE: Vernon Davis


Thoughts on if I should do the trade ?
 
Do not do that trade

Who would you start this week, Benson vs Chicago or Maroney vs Tampa
 
WILLINC - don't do that trade. At all. Mendenhall got they starting spot and MSW is on a roll. Lt is basura.

Oh and Iforgot I also got Thomas jones on the bench, he plays Oakland

My team is projected 149 pts this week

If I was a TO owner, I would trade Him for anything. Just give lance one more week and see what he does.
 
NEED YOUR HELP/ADVICE ON THIS TRADE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Steve Slaton, Ronnie Brown, Knowshon Moreno, Fred Jackson, and Matt Forte as my running backs.
My WR's are Mike Sims-Walker, Steve Smith (CAR), Crabtree, Percy Harvin, Ted Ginn Jr, Lee Evans, and Miles Austin

I feel like I need another better receiver and in my league we have to start 3 Wr's, 2 Rb's, and a flex.

THE TRADE PROPOSAL IS: I send Matt Forte for Greg Jennings??? What do you guys think about this trade??? let me know and as usual thanks in advance.
 
I would normally say do that trade, but Jennings hasn't been doing much himself.

But looking at your team, you can go with Jennings, MSW, and another WR and then ronnie and slaton. Do the trade.

No way... MSW has been good money and Mendenhall is getting the carries now.

LT, Portis, and TO are becoming more irrelevant (fantasy wise) with each week that passes.

Hmm... I'm gonna say Maroney for right now.

There's really no telling how many carries Maroney/BenJarvis/K. Faulk get this week, but the Bears are 6th in Run D (88yds/gm, 5td allowed).

*[color= rgb(255, 0, 0)]Caution[/color]: Austin & Moore both have [color= rgb(255, 0, 0)]big[/color] play ability and pretty similar matchups... Although Moore is facing a Miami D that has only allowed 80catches this year, they haven't faced such a prolific offense as the the Saints either*

I'd do it... You're WR corps is not very good and you have an abundance of talent at RB. Plus, Forte only has 3 or 4 favorable match-upsthrough the end of the season.

Peyton vs STL ( Very easy matchup, but probably won't play 4th Quarter due to blow out)

Pick 2 RB:

Turner vs Cowboys
Benson vs Bears
Jacobs vs Cards
Portis vs Eagles

Pick 1 WR:

Driver vs Browns
Hines vs Vikings

Pick 1 Slot

WR- Santana moss, Anquan boldin (ankle injury maybe), Santonio holmes, Miles austin, Meacham
TE jermichael finley, dallas clark
D- cinncinati
DP- Dumerviel, dwight freeney.

I need too start 2 rb's, 2 wr's and 1 flex....any opinions would be greatful

I hate to make this decision so make it for:

Collie @STL

Or

Ochocinco Vs. Chi

Chi has way better pass D.
 
Hightower vs NYG or Manningham Vs Arizona for my flex

Also Thomas Jones vs Oakland or Benson vs Chi-town
 
Man no way am I waiting till sunday night to see if Boldin Plays my options are
