Berrios is starting tomorrow. His ERA is about 2.44 at AAA this season and the odds are going down on tomorrow's game. Wouldn't be surprised if he pitched a decent game Saturday.
That's the twins pitcher, right? Looked like *** last season in the majors.. hopefully he's able to make that stride
are they using him out of the pen or as a starter?

Yeah he got rocked in the majors last year but it's thought to be because he was tipping his pitches (batters knew which pitch was coming before he even released it). You can get away with that in the minors, but veteran big league players/coaches are quick to pick up on it. He's made some changes to his mechanics to stop it so we'll see how it goes.

Dude in my league dropped Drew Pomeranz earlier. No clue why. Hoping I can scoop him with the #3 waiver. Haven't seen him pitch this year but his ERA is inflated due to two bad outings. Other than that his stats look good.

The Red Sox will hit their stride in June, so I'd reacquire him as soon as possible.

Wins is such a random/lucky stat. Last week my ERA was 2.19 but I only managed 3 wins on 10 starts, with one of those wins coming from a relieverDuffy & Urena threw gems for me, neither got a win
Corbin & Cobb each give up 4 runs, both get wins
. I wish there was a better stat to gauge a pitcher's effectiveness. (I'm sure there is one, but I'm talking for fantasy baseball category purposes.)

Jose Berrios pitched a gem today. Was able to watch a nice bit of the game. Had so many guys 1-2 but couldn't get the strikeouts, but still only gave up 2 hits. Hoping he can keep it up this year.

I was thinking about benching him and taking a wait and see approach but I started him too. I'll probably just ride him every start from here on out.
Aroldis Chapman was placed on the 10-day DL with shoulder inflammation. Grab Betances if he's available.

I got such a wild break today against the best team in our league. He had 4 SPs going, I had none. He could have beat me in Wins and WHIP but none of his pitchers lasted longer than 4 innings 
My starters killed it this week. To show you how so, Devenski ERA today was 81.00 and my ERA for the week sits at 1.944

. Who knows if K-Rod will re-take the job back from Wilson. And even though Britton is out until the ASB, Brach has looked shaky in his last few appearances so who knows how long he'll have the closing job for.

Very happy I stayed put on Keon Broxton. He's really turned it on over the last two weeks. Altherr still cooking too

I dropped Vince Velasquez last night, picking up Drew Pomeranz only to find out he's going for an MRI on his triceps today
. If he goes on the DL I think I'm just gonna have to cut bait. I already have Jon Gray and Kenta Maeda clogging up my DL slots. May actually pick up Knebel if that's the case.

I've held out on Nola and Felix for weeks now and they are inching away to their returns. I'd have to likely drop Triggs and Derek Holland tho to activate them both from the DL. Holland I think I could deal with cutting. Triggs I actually like his stuff so far.
