That's only because he would get 4 years instead of 5. A player like Kawhi would likely get 35% of the cap in 2022 unless he completely fell off a cliff. 35% of the cap in 2022 will probably be like 42-45M so he will likely make that back barring career ending injury.

The 2:30 game (the marquee match) is going to be Warriors vs. Lakers.

Why would Lakers @ Cavs be at 5? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Not sure what Schroeder even does for OKC. Russ isn’t moving off the ball for him, streaky 3 ball at best, and he’s one of the worst defensive guards in basketball.

His value plummets if he’s not your starting lead guard. Maybe (probably) OKC tries to flip him too.
