From the folks that I like in the podcast world, they prefer pipm. To be honest I have no idea why there’s such a large variance

Just reading how the Lakers are operating is legitimately unbelievable
As one of the franchises with literally unlimited resources, the incompetence from top to bottom just doesn't compute. From their trainers, to their coaches, to their management. How difficult is it to literally do the minimum and not fumble these decisions. Especially considering you have literally unlimited money, reach, pull etc.
They should have the best think tank in the league and on the cutting edge of tracking and scouting
