is the "retro" mold different and sleeker than the "07" mold? I hate the "07" mold, it;s turned me off so many dope colorways, they're so bulky

I think so my retro cocoa snakes have a sleek shape, my 07’ mold courir esque joints are kind of bulky, but neither compare to my 97 pairs or my 99-01 pairs.
