Browing around and came across this from 2018
"UV reactive coating on them that reveals a map of LA. They change to a baby blue color and then to a green color like the sole. And then once you bring them back inside they change to a yellow and then eventually back to white. They were a Nike Plus App Members exclusive."

KOTD, my one and only pair of Bespokes I made in 2013. The Nike Bespoke program was in Chicago one weekend during the World
Basketball Festival, so I figured I needed to take advantage. I noticed they didn't bring all of the materials that are usually office, but I think I made the best of what was available.
Keeping with my usual nautical theme, this one was inspired by the Summer, beaches and beach balls. I also wanted them to be wearable, that was the main thing.
The deets-
I used a navy Italian leather for the toe cap and the exterior vamp.
Red Italian leather for the lining.
Navy canvas on the toe vamp, tongue tag, and heel tab.
Tan waxed canvas on the exterior quarter panel.
Navy velvet on the interior quarter panel and insole.
Exterior swoosh yellow patent swoosh/white 3M outline.
Interior swoosh red patent swoosh/white 3M outline.
Rubberized leather on the interior foxing.
Navy nylon tongue and eyestay.
Red/Yellow/White for the eyelets and tongue.
Solo swoosh on the heel tab.
Navy waxed laces.
