Air units will 100% be deflated. foam may not be crumbling, that varies by pair. Pairs that do have it crumbling will have it leak out of the holes. Worst case you feel like you got a flat tire. You can get the work and materials done all in for $190.

btw, if you're looking at a size 9 on ebay... you should jump on it so i don't have to think about adding a 4th pair to my collection.

Them Brons look like when the refs get to reffed the NBA Finals...I like patent leather but these joints giving me "corner store" vibes. The logo is a dope touch. They could have did the logo on a regular sole, give us the patent leather treatment in colorways of the school/pro teams he played for. Patent leather in his HS CW would have been to me.
