They were custom made by someone, I believe made a few pairs with them since he had a bunch of other pairs. The quality on it is
, I figured it's be a crappy graphic but it's actually on the cardboard (not just glued/painted). I have the regular box as well. There was another pair on ebay recently with the same box but the pics were tiny (they were a size 11 I believe)

I've had a pretty frugal month, aside from the Varsity Red 4's, picked these up for cheap....
Kobe VII "Homes" from NDC came out to $75 including shipping/tax, shoes were $67 with the 20% code, plus I had a $50 gift card.
Airmax Livestrong Tailwind's $49 from Finishline......
Had to break them out right away, and went for a run.
